All students must RSVP, even if you’re not attending a ceremony – this step is essential to confirm your details and how you'll receive your official Testamur (degree certificate).

Before purchasing your graduation tickets, please read carefully to help you plan and avoid any issues

• Your attendance at a ceremony is not confirmed until payment is made.
• Do not book travel until you’ve received a confirmation/receipt of payment.
• Ceremony places are limited. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred ceremony is full, we will do our best to place you in another ceremony during the same week, subject to availability.
• Graduation ceremonies will be held at the faculty level rather than by individual schools. While every effort will be made to place students with peers from similar cohorts, this cannot be guaranteed due to scheduling and venue capacity constraints.
• If you miss the deadline, you will be unable to attend the ceremony and will not be automatically invited to future ceremonies. If you wish to attend the next round of ceremonies, please contact the Student Hub.
